We take the responsibility for employment activities such as hiring, firing, payroll, insurance, and bonding. In many situations, the use of a temp is an economical staffing solution.
Temp to Hire
Frequently our clients will decide that they wish to hire our employee. North East Staffing Search does charge a conversion fee for arranging this transition. Our standard guarantee does not apply to temp to hire placements.
